We offer our services on a low percentage initial fee and then a success fee which ensures you pay no more than market price when you win a tender and we absorb the cost if you are unsuccessful (no-one can win every tender and remain profitable)
A recent comparison - standard QS fee for a tender was $16,000 + GST win or lose - our fee was $6000 estimating fee and then $10,000 only when the contract was won.
Included in our success fee was ongoing support for pricing variations and preparing a final account at no extra charge!
